30 Day Money-Back Warranty Terms & Conditions
Any product purchased from the WeatherExperts.com on-line
store and paid in full can be returned for a full refund
under the following terms and conditions:
- The original box of the merchandise has to be intact
and all its contents complete
- The returned merchandise has to arrive at our premises
within 30 calendar days from the invoice date
- Return shipping charges are for the account of the
customer. Weatherexperts will not accept any COD charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers returning
merchandise will be refunded only for the cost of the
actual equipment or software purchased, not for the shipping
costs to or from the customers address
- Prior to returning any merchandise the customer shall call
us at 1-800-683-4101 to obtain a Return Authorization
- Merchandise shall be returned along with a copy of the
original invoice and credit card slip
- Merchandise with damaged packing or with obvious signs of
abuse will not be received and no refund will be made to the
customer.
This Warranty is in addition to any "Factory Warranty" that may be
offered directly by the manufacturer, in which case customers shall
deal directly with the respective manufacturer of the goods.
